the loveliest of vintage goodies...

you may remember that back in december i hosted, "a very vintage christmas ephemera swap," with a group of 26 of the loveliest artists you can imagine.

i hope you don't mind one more step back to december

while i show you some beautiful eye candy from the swap...

without further ado...

i present, "a very vintage christmas ephemera swap,"...

 

i was thrilled to find on ebay a huge roll of vintage department store shiny brite wrapping paper. there was enough on the roll that i was able to sew 26 large envelopes for each swap participant to hold all the treasures.

i included a little "players pack" of the various business cards and tags that each player sent...

 

this is what the received treasures looked like...

can you believe that these girls each sent 26 of the goodies you see here?

let me show you a little sampling of what these girls sent me as hostess gifts...

this perfectly petite little mushroom was sent by the fabulous amy powers...swoon! and she even sent one for my mama who was visiting at the time! love that!

this box of yummies was sent by the amazing kerry lynn yeary. you should have heard me squealing as i opened it...truly!

how adorable is this vintage santa hand towel? he hung on my oven all season!

 

seriously...the MOST generous ladies EVER!

  

even the handmade tags were swoon worthy!
